This program consists of 10 EMG-tested mat-based and floor exercises, consisting of 3 phases: repetitions (strength), sustained holds (endurance), and pulses to condition (quick reflexes) done in 3 phases.
Pre-Natal Yoga Sessions
- Customized Yoga sequencing consisting of safe, functional poses and stretches to help maintain your flexibility, alignment and relaxation, including breathwork.
- Ask about a Yoga and Pfilates Combo package, you can combine Yoga & Pfilates sessions.
Therapeutic Yoga & Trauma Sensitive Yoga Therapy
- Therapeutic Yoga - deep rejuvenating postures in a quiet Yin style practice, for those unable to practice traditional yoga due to illness, injury or other physical limitations.
- Trauma Sensitive Yoga Therapy - a quiet Yin style practice that focuses on the challenges of emotional and physical well-being by reconnecting the mind and body.
Core 4 Program Sessions
- 1 initial 90 minute session
- 1 follow up 90 minute session
This is a restorative program focused on re-training during the first 8 weeks postpartum but ideally begun during pregnancy to help prevent and minimize dysfunction and set you up for a successful recovery.
